He was predeceased by: his mother Jill Ellen Cobb, Sr. (Watkins); and his grandmother Cookson. He is survived by: his father Phillip D. Cobb,; his children, Brittni Cobb (Andrew Dittmer), Breana Cobb, Phillip Cobb III and Braylinn Cobb; his grandchildren, Adilynn and Amari; his siblings, Cory Cobb (Molly Rost) and Brooke Cobb; his nieces and nephews, Jasmine, Jax, Caleb, Cailee, Haven, Kobe, Kayley and Karley; his aunt Jann Harris (Lee); and his close friend David Hamann.
