She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Steele and Margaret Steele; and her siblings, David Steele and Kay Campbell. She is survived by: her husband Wendell Rhine; her siblings, John Steele (Sue) of Austin, TX, Gary Steele (Christina) of Cary, NC and Judy Steele of Alexandria, VA; and her sisters-in-law, Marcia Johnson of Quincy, IL, Rita Frese (Larry) of Mendon, IL and LaRue Unglaube (Jim) of Wayzata, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
