It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Paul (Quincy, Illinois), born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul and Florence Paul; his wife Esther Viola "Vi" Jewell; and his brother James Paul. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Charapata of Lomira, Wis, Esther Nabity of Independence, Ore, Janice Milligan of Christchurch and Ellen Cooling of Omaha, Neb.; his sons-in-law, Curt Cooling, Don Charapata and John Milligan; and his grandchildren, Crystal, Karrie, Erik, Brad, Matthew, David and Denise.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Great River Honor Flight.O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home is handling arrangements.
