He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Perrine and Mariann Gann; his significant other Vickie Hoener; and his pet Lady. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Carver and Ricky Perrine of Independence; and his siblings, Randy Perrine of Quincy, Shelly Perrine Campbell of Georgia and Robin Brown Daughtery of Camp Point, Ill.. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
