He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Fox and Viola Pennell Fox; his brothers, David Fox and Harold Fox; his half-brother Bill Benge of Quincy; his sisters, Sharon Hubbard and Helen Deal; and his daughter Valerie Ortbal (Fox).
He is survived by: his spouse Lonita Wright; his children, Loretta Lytle of Houston, TX and Mark Fox of Quincy; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Ortbal of Marietta, GA, Landon Fox of Quincy and Nolan Fox of Quincy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
