He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Goodwin and Dorothy Miller (Glassford); his granddaughter Miracle Goodwin; his brother Frank Goodwin; his sister-in-law Glenda Goodwin; and his sister Gertrude Goodwin.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lepper; his children, Lisa Schneider (Dan), Dorothy Murphy (Ben), Mindy Goodwin (Kenny), Martha Landis (Gabriel) and Neal Lepper; and his brother David Goodwin. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
