He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Elaine Jewett Mejer and Vincent Frank Mejer; his son Jason Dillard Mejer; and his sister Barbara K. Velleman. He is survived by: his brother Vince M. Mejer (Fran) of Lincoln, NE; and his girlfriend Sue Archambo of Quincy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Quincy University (for the Robert Lee & Jason Dillard Mejer Visual Arts Award Scholarship), or to the Quincy Art Center (for children's education in visual arts).
