He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Lubbert and Marion E. Summers Lubbert; his siblings, Charles Lubbert (Judy), John Lubbert (Dorothy), David Lubbert and Marie Porth (Donald); and his sister-in-law Joyce Lubbert.
He is survived by: his wife Betty E. Alger; his daughters, Bobette Shoop (Jody) of Pensacola, FL, Diane Campbell (Steve) of Colorado Springs, CO and Lesa Wiesemann (Scott) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Jessica Shoop, Colin Campbell, Tyler Campbell and Dylan Wiesemann (Arlene); his siblings, Walter "Chuck" Lubbert and Ruth Ann Lubbert; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Lubbert and Rebecca Lubbert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
