He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert "R. T." Powell, Sr. and Marilyn R. Powell (Murphy); his children, Marilyn Powell of Quincy, IL, Mark Powell (Andrea) of Quincy, IL and Jamie Fox (Chris) of West Frankfort, IL.; his grandchildren, Nelson Lindhorst, Jaron Lindhorst and Chloe Fox; his sisters, Lori Powell and Colleen Powell (Cathy); his nieces, Coriann, Cassandra, Candice and Heather; his nephew Bradley; and his brother David Powell.
