He is survived by: his wife Joan Scheiter; his sons, Robert Norman Rhea, Jr. (Natalie) of Edwardsville, IL and Scott Richard Rhea (Joni) of Woodbine, MD.; his grandchildren, Jakson, Eliott, Melanie Rhea, Emmett, Tucker and Declan Rhea; and his brother Richard'Bigfoot'Rhea.
