He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Friant; his children, Lynda Melton (Sonny) of Quincy and Mark Voorhis (Linda) of New Braunfels, TX; his grandchildren, Bryant Melton of Quincy, Colby Melton of Camden, IL, Gabrielle Voorhis of New Braunfels, TX and Faith Voorhis of New Braunfels, TX; his sister Velma Holm of Seguin, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Steve, Chris Holm, Jason and Janel Watkins.
