With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Abel of Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Abel and Maxine Westhaus Abel; and his sister Judy Tournear. He is survived by: his wife Ann Terwelp; his children, Kley Abel (Jaclyn) of Lombard, IL and Steffanie Abel of Fulton, MO; his grandsons, Andrew Ronald and Aaron James Abel; and his brother-in-law Carl Tournear. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces, and great nephews.
