With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rose Brooks of Quincy, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Allen "Jim" and Fredda Marie Lamma Vance; her siblings, Ed, Dick Vance, Bill, Bob Lamma, Ruth Perry, Inez McNeff, Betty Lou Perry and Isabelle "Punkin" McClelland; Merle Brooks.
She is survived by: her spouse Russell Plummer; her sister Phyllis Vanzant of Mt. Sterling, Illinois.; her sisters-in-law, Betty Vance of Hannibal and Sharon Lamma of Carlinville, Illinois.; and her stepchildren, Steven Duffield, Loretta Leroy, David Duffield, Bill Duffield and Mary Alice VanHuffel.
