She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Fojtik and Lottie Koziol; her aunts, Helen and Harriet Koziol of Chicago; her uncle Joseph Koziol of Chicago; and her husband Ken.
She is survived by: her daughter Roberta Hirstius (David) of Fowler, IL; her grandson Evan Joseph Hirstius of Fowler, IL; and her sister-in-law Judy Garrison.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home (1535 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A wake was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Solanus Catholic Church (1721 College Ave, Quincy, IL 62301).
