We are sad to announce that, on March 5, 2023, at the age of 71, Roy V. Putnam of Quincy, Illinois, born in La Harpe, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Oliver and Bessie Davenport Putnam; his siblings, Roger Putnam and Karen Putnam; and his uncles, Junior and Harley Davenport.
He is survived by: his sons, Philip Putnam (Kara) of Fowler, IL and Jason Putnam of Quincy; his stepson Michael Morrell; his close friend Lisa Morrell of Quincy; his grandchildren, Parker and Myles Putnam; and his siblings, Pam Newman of Lurray, MO, Dale Putnam of Beloit, WI, Linda Leonard (Tom) of Rockford, IL, Brenda Putnam of Hamilton, IL, Sue King of Duqoin, IL and Ray Putnam (Shanna) of Keokuk, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
