He is survived by: his wife Della Sue Wilson; his sons, Darren Smith (Suzanna) of Kyle, TX, Travis Lutz (Robyn) of Knoxville, IA and Timothy Lutz of Knoxville, IA; his grandchildren, Collin Smith, Madison Smith, Zachary Lutz, Jonathan Lutz, Timothy Lutz, David Lutz, Chelsey Novotny and Drake Werts; his great grandchildren, Lily Novotny, Shilo Novotny, Braxton Lutz and Jordyn Lutz; his sister Shelly Birdsill; and his half-brother Alan Maland.
