She was predeceased by: her parents, James Coulson and Etta Mae Knowles Coulson; her husband Loren E. Wellman; and her grandchildren, Shanea Jacobs and Carter James Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Jacobs (June) of Quincy, IL, Mike Jacobs of Quincy, David Jacobs of Ursa, John Jacobs (Deanna) of Quincy and Leslie Cain (Brian) of Quincy; her grandchildren, Anna Jacobs (Dylan), Nichelle Ulrich (Jered), Angel McKinney (Stephan), Brady and Nicole Cain; her great grandchildren, Rylan, Finnley Jacobs, Lincoln, Waylon, Emrey Ulrich and Parker McKinney; and her sisters, Judy Hibbert and Henrietta Gallaher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
