She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe and Pauline Gladys Mitchell (McKinney); her children, Ginger Smith (Pete) of Quincy, Kelly Kite (Billie Jo) of Dalton, GA, Kevin Kite (Sherry Durk) of Quincy, Kent Kite (Karen) of Quincy, Tina Mayfield (Jeff) of Quincy, Todd Kite (Marie) of Bothell, WA and Chris Kite (Sommer) of Waterloo, IL; her sister Jo Ann Ricker; and her siblings-in-law, Annie Acton, Karen Gooch and Michael Kite.
She is survived by: her husband Max Wendell Kite; her sister Judy Kerfoot; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Kite, Sharon Pitts and Monte Kite. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
