Scott A. Baze Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 28, 2023, at the age of 61, Scott A. Baze of Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baze and Donna Waack Baze; his sister Christina "Tina" Baze Hess; and his sister-in-law Pam Baze. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Fugate; his sons, Brandon Baze (Nichole) of Quincy and Cory Baze (Kendra Davis) of Knox City, MO; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Olivia, Henry, Evelyn, Kimberly, Harley and Ryann; and his brothers, Richard Baze, David Baze, John Baze (Trudy) and Kevin Baze (Carla). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
