It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Williams of Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Richmiller and Anna Holtschlag Richmiller; her son-in-law Darrell Buss; and her siblings, Carl, Robert "Bobby", Milton, LeRoy "Riffie", Harold, Howard "Tiny", Melvin "Dev", Charles "Junie", Roger, John "Jackie" Richmiller, Rose Richmiller, Lydia Tenk, Carlene Beers and Virlee Tyson.

She is survived by: her children, Ann Sloniger (Laura Buss) of Montana, Spencer Williams (Dawn) of St. Charles, MO and Alexander Williams; her close friend Chuck Trowbridge; and her sisters, Ruth Welchert and Sylvia Holzgrafe. She is also survived by seventeen children.
