He is survived by: his wife Tina Speirs; his children, Samantha M. Powers, Jay Weldon of Quincy, Stephen H Powers, Jr. and Jessica Gallaher of Quincy; his grandchildren, Jaydah and Jrayah Weldon; his siblings, Debra George (Don Hayden) and Patrick Powers (Georgia) of Quincy; and his uncle Bill Perry of Adams, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
