He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rubin Harvey and Mary Dale Butler English; and his siblings, Patricia Schlueter and Robert Harvey. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Harvey (Melanie) of Quincy, IL and Justin Harvey (Hayley) of Quincy, IL; his wife Lill "Lukie" Harvey; his grandchildren, Paige, Collin and Hadley Harvey; his siblings, Eric Harvey of Knox City, MO and Karen James of Canton, MO; his aunt Charlotte Harvey (Wanda); and his friends, Chuckie Butler, Chuck Goertz, Doc Forbes and Harold Bird.
