It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Dale Howe of Quincy, Illinois, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald William Howe and Juaita Smith Howe; his stepfather Bill Vance; and his brothers, Wayne Howe and David Howe.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Dryden of Missouri, Trisha Burns (Alex) of Arkansas and Austin Howe of California; his grandchildren, Kylie Rickey, Kaitlynn Burns, Tyler Howe, Coby Rickey and Wesley Burns; his stepmother Nancy Foley-Howe; and his brother Darron Howe (Angie).
