He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Mary Elizabeth Miller Shear; and his sisters, Linda Shear and Loretta Barrett. He is survived by: his siblings, James Shear of Lewistown, Gary Shear (Vivian) of Quincy, Brenda De Bow of Cedar Rapids, Diana Shear of Lewistown and Donna Boling of Durham. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
