She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence R. Goodwin and Wilma J. Bennett; her sisters, JoAnn Elmore and Bonnie Flynn; her sister-in-law Jeanie Goodwin; and her niece Deborah Goodwin Howell.
She is survived by: her children, Shauna VanZandt (Justin) of Clayton, IL and Shane Nett of Columbia, MO; her brothers, Clarence "Bud" Goodwin Jr. of Quincy, IL, Billy Goodwin (Judy) of Seattle, WA and Danny Goodwin (Denise) of Perry, MO; her grandchildren, Tucker, Audrey Helgemo, Mackenzie, Isabelle, Jaymes and Morgan VanZandt; and her pet KoKo. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home, Inc. (302 S 5th St, Hannibal, MO 63401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society for Glioblastoma Cancer Research.
