He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Kelley; his daughters, Tammy Christine Cornwell (Johnson), Sara Marie Nutt (Tim) and Julie Lynn Baker (Michael); his grandchildren, Casey, Ashley Cornwell, Dustin, Alison Cornwell, Kelley, Taylor Cornwell, Jacey, Ryan Runge, Kelsey Nutt, Lydia Nutt, Codey Stephens, Allie and Tyler Durst; and his great grandchildren, Londyn, Lane Cornwell, Lilah Nutt, Maylee Nutt, Knox, Stella Stephens, Liam, Lincoln Durst, June and Wells Runge.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Great River Honor Flight or Fishing for Freedom in Terry's memory.
