He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Willer and Alice Willer (Price); his siblings, Elwood, Ralph Willer, Mary Alice Miles, Pat Graves and Marcia Buckner; and his parents-in-law, Eleanor Willer, Marilyn Willer, Carrol Miles, Dale Buckner, Bud Graves and Robert "Bob" Siebers.
He is survived by: his daughter Darla Rischar (Dennis); his stepsons, Darrell Williams (Kathleen "CJ"), David Williams (Julie), Don Williams (Cindy) and Doug Williams (Denise); his grandchildren, Holly Smith (Shannon), Kevin Williams (Karilyn), Cory Williams (Shay), Brittany Bukovsky (Cody), Saylor Williams, Autumn Rischar and Hunter Rischar; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Ainsley Smith, Lily, Luke, Audrey Williams, Lincoln Williams, Adam and Caiden Bukovsky; and his sister Charlotte Siebers.
He had a heart of gold as he proudly donated over 20 gallons of blood during his lifetime to help others in need.
