With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas J. Parmer of Quincy, Illinois, born in Dewitt, Iowa, who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas J. Parmer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Parmer and Dolores Kruse Parmer (Jacobsen); his stepfather William Kruse; and his sister Karen Parmer. He is survived by : his siblings, Steve, Kim Parmer (Leeper) of Clinton, William and Lydia Kruse of Low Moor, Iowa; and his nieces and nephews, Beth Day (Jonathan Day), Hope (Kruse), Alan Stephenson, Paige (Kruse), Austin Stout, William H. Kruse III (Melanie), Kelcee and Curtis Jarrard. He is also survived by eleven great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Duker & Haugh Funeral Home or to the family to help with expenses.
