Sissy'Payne; his brother Tracy Schlueter; his niece Kendra Goodall; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haisley, Carson and Jayce; and his brothers, Terry Schlueter and Todd Schlueter.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Sunset Cemetery (1707 N 12th St, Quincy, IL 62305).
