She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Mittelberg and Ethel Shriver Mittelberg; her husband William H. Klusmeyer; and her brother Virgil Mittelberg. She is survived by: her daughters, Jana McMillan (John Flesner) of Quincy and Kay Borkowski (Steven) of Niles, IL; her grandchildren, Dr. Catherine McMillan of Tiffin, IA, Megan McMillan (Alex Bolton) of Washington, DC, Michelle McMillan (Dan Knowles) of Iowa City, IA, Dr. Anne Borkowski (Marco Carreno) of Jerome, ID, Daniel Borkowski (Emily) of Niles, IL and Susan Borkowski of Niles, IL; and her great grandchildren, Justin, Jason Borkowski, Juliet Bolton and Ilanna Knowles.
