He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Rupp; his children, David Hemm of Lubbock, TX, Mark Hemm of Quincy, Gerald Hemm of Quincy, Steve Hemm (Lu Ann) of Hannibal, MO and Joyce Brantley (Jerry) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Kaila Hemm (Heather), Kellie Botma (Tiny), Michael Hemm, Tanya Hemm, Kristen Wetzel (Jordan), Christopher Hemm (Gabrielle) and Frank Nichols (Christina); his stepgrandchildren, Stephane and Mark; his great grandchildren, Addison Alexis Sophia, Lucas, Lilly, Payton, Caden, Connor, Teagan and Vincent; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lech (Ray) and Roger Rupp (Bonnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
