He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hughes and Josephine Hughes (Infuleski); and his son John Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Rose Tynes (Patrick); his children, Wayne Hughes of Quincy and Belinda Cullo (Stephen) of Quincy; and his stepchildren, Brian Robinson of Delaware and Diane Smith of New York. He is also survived by two grandchildren and step grandchildren.
