He was predeceased by: his grandparents, "Martha" Milsap of Arkansas, Randolph Milsap (Shirley), Everett and AnnaBelle Humphrey; his aunt Paula Humphrey; and his uncle Lamont Humphrey.
He is survived by: his parents, Donna Kay Milsap and Wayne Anthony Humphrey, Sr. (Wanda); his daughter Jahvae Humphrey; and his siblings, Mia Motley, Michael Milsap (Rochelle) and Marcus Coleman.
