He is survived by: his wife Willa A. Merrell; and his children, James N. Wheeler of Hannibal, MO, Kathryn Thomas (Eric) of Quincy, IL, F. M. of Quincy, IL, Wanda Logsdon (Donald) of Moline, IL, Larry Wheeler of Moline, IL and Keith Wheeler (Judy). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
