He is survived by: his wife Carmilitia "Camie" Saylor; his children, Greg Hempelman (Deborah) of Parker, CO, Robert Hempelman (Shannon) of Arvada, CO and Kathy Cooper (Timothy) of Mason, OH; his grandchildren, Jordan of Parker, CO, Joshua of Parker, CO, Kristin Hempelman of Parker, CO, Branden Hempelman (Adriana) of Kiowa, CO, Alexis Magladry (Spencer) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Jack Cooper of Centennial, CO, Kate of Mason, OH and Luke Cooper of Mason, OH; his great grandchildren, Ryne Wayne Hempelman of Kiowa, CO and Selah Shannon Magladry of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and his sister Sandra Smith of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
