She was predeceased by: her parents, Latham Merrell and Mary Margaret Merrell (Riney); her husband Wayne N. Wheeler of St. Patrick, MO; and her in-laws, Leonard and Josephine Wheeler (Zerull).
She is survived by: her children, James N. Wheeler of Hannibal, MO and Kathryn A. Thomas (Eric) of Quincy, IL.
A requiem service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (1009 N 8th St, Quincy, IL 62301).
