He is survived by: his stepmother Connie Baker (Meyer) of Quincy, IL; his daughter Shanna Prince of Park Hills, MO; his grandchildren, Rose, Hannah, Josh and Theresa; his siblings, Mike Baker, Joe Baker, Teddy Purdy (Paula), Janie Harker (Kenneth), Katrina Purdy and Lynda Purdy; and his nieces and nephews, April Maggart (Larry), Joey Mudd (Chad), Gesi Baker and Abbie Harker.
Memorial contributions may be made to O'Donnell Cookson Life Celebration Home to help the family with final expenses.
