She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Clinard; her mother Mary Viona Passmore; her brother Noah Branscum; her stepbrother J. C. Branscum; and her sisters, Ruby Trammel and Gena Bullard.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Clinard (Kathy) of Tulsa and David Clinard (Dana) of Quincy, Illinois.; her granddaughters, Rebecca O'Connor (Jason) of Leawood and Betsy Hendershot (Bryan) of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; her great grandchildren, Addison, Annabelle, Reece and Knox; and her brother Dorvil Branscum (Sheila) of Arenzville, Illinois..
