He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Bolyard; his children, Melissa Adams (Steve) of Vandalia, IL, Bobby Evans II (Dawn) of Pensacola, FL and Tracy Perry (Ryan) of Flora, IL; and his siblings, Diane, Mary, Margaret, Elizabeth, Steve, Robert, Patty and Karen. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
