He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Lay. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Lay (Marsh) of Ramsey, IL; his children, Andy Lay, Tim Lay (Angi), Jill Kircher (Lowell), Michael Lay (Maggie) and Matthew Lay; and his siblings, Jim Lay (Debbie), Vickie Anderson (Jim), Brad Lay (Julie) and Brian Lay (Michele). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
