He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin C. Held and Esther Held (Geheber); his wife Sylvia A. Berta; and his brother Glenn. He is survived by: his children, Julie Navejar of Kingsville, TX, Kathy Armstrong (Tim) of Ransom, David Held of Ransom and Karla Held (Krista Ridder) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Ashley Martinez-King (Michael), Matthew, Ryan Armstrong, Jonathan Soucie and Ian Seger-Held; his great grandchildren, Katie Soucie and Michael Ray King; and his sister Joyce Riss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
