She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Berta and Leona A. Berta (Shotick). She is survived by: her husband B. Donald Held; her children, Julie Navejar of Kingsville, TX, Kathy Armstrong (Tim) of Ransom, David Held of Ransom and Karla Held (Krista Ridder) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Ashley Martinez-King (Michael), Matthew, Ryan Armstrong, Jonathan Soucie and Ian Seger-Held; her great grandchildren, Katie Soucie and Michael Ray King; and her sisters, Janet Yeck (Fred) of Elgin and Andrea Pettigrew (Steve) of Tualatin, OR. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home (205 High St, Streator, IL 61364). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (101 Trinity Dr, Streator, IL 61364). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Allen Township Cemetery (1557-1555 W 26th Rd, Ransom, IL 60470).
