He is survived by: his wife Bessie Fondia; and his children, Demitra Fondia, Tawandia Fondia and Chris Fondia (Laura). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives, and friends.
