In the sacred silence of farewell, Debra is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Debra's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wayne Toliver and Joan Toliver (Smith); her spouse Chris Baskis of Malachy's Church; and her siblings, Cheri Gibbons (Toliver), Tad Toliver (Teri) and Tod Toliver (Carla).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Debbie's name to St. Malachy's Church.
