He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Grice and Martha V. Grice; and his siblings, Becky, Tyana and Rick.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Michael Grice Jr., Terry Grice, Troy Grice and Sherrie Salyer; and his sister Teresa Stephens. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
