He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jackie Lee Houston and Mary Dean Carroll of Chicago; his wife Robin Regina Holmes; his children, Christine, Terrance Jr., Ashley, Chrissy, Jr. and Ally; his grandson Carlos; his siblings, Jackie Hicks (Chester) of Champaign and Harold Wetzel (Rachel) of Chicago; his brothers-in-law, Micheal (Regina) of Ohio, Keith (Jeazell) of Milwaukee and Maurice of Rantoul; his nieces, Jocelyn, Jacara and Tailia; his great-nieces, Justice and Kamora; his nephews, John, Chemar, Tyrese, Tyjuan, Tyler and Tylen; and his great-nephews, Kevin and Jaylen.

Our heavenly father reached out to call home our dearly departed child on October 11, 2021 at 9:32am at Carle Foundation Hospital.

“I had the pleasure of meeting Terrance over the phone as his State Farm Insurance Carrier. We would talk each month when he called to pay his insurance premium. Over a short period of time, we would have great conversations about life...plans for the future and what would make this world a better place. In all of those great conversations, we would have some good laughs-a true gent. Most importantly, we conversate on uplifting ourselves, family and loved ones. I send my sincerest condolences.”
