He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude T. Phillips and Geneva Faye Phillips (Jordan); and his siblings, Sandra Jean Phillips and Thomas Edwin Phillips. He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Phillips of Rantoul, Jaci Phillips of Rantoul and Charlina Kelly of Dewey; his grandchildren, Dorrian, Jamison, Aundreha, Mikaela, Noah, Airiana, Jazmaun and Thomas; and his siblings, Claude Dean Phillips of Bement, Phil Phillips of Decatur and Angela Jean Gocking of Springfield, TN..
