He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph J. Spencer and Lois L. Groezinger; and his wife Diana Diltz. He is survived by : his sons, Rodney Spencer and Vincent Spencer; his brothers, Joseph Spencer (Lois) and Rick Spencer (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Amanda Spencer, Devin Spencer, Katie Spencer and Tiffany Spencer. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
