It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rydur J. Newton of Rapids City, Illinois, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by : his parents, Jay Newton and Kaye Newton; his wife Amy Shipman; his children, Chaeys Newton (Taylor), Chevy Smith (Camryn) and Kyleigh Newton; and his sisters, Taley Steele (Mark) and Kechia Hignight (Randy). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; two grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Chaeys Newton, for a fund to be established in Rydur's memory.
