He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Judson and Hazel Virginia Anders (Smith); his siblings, Eugene H. Anders Sr. and June; and his brother-in-law Wayne Lam Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Carlyn Estella Armstrong; his sons, Michael David Anders (Kathy Jones), Anthony Phillip Anders (Niccol Stout) and Scott Eugene Anders (Nicole); and his grandsons, Cody Ryan Anders, Jason Anders (Selena) and Jared Anders. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for the Stronghurst-Raritan Volunteer Ambulance Service.
